Dominique is delicious with full, silky aromas of buttercream, toasted almond, toffee, fig, and baked apple that give way to flavors of butter pecan, Bartlet pear, toasted marshmallow, and brown sugar. The bright acidity and briny minerality have a complex interplay with the balance of richness in this medium bodied wine complemented by an integrated and seamless mouthfeel.

The 2021 Cabernet Franc is delicate yet layered. Aromas and flavors of plum, black currant, cinnamon, vanilla, green tobacco, and toasted marshmallow lead to a decadent, long-lasting crème brûlée finish.

Our 2021 Deepsown Pinot Noir is synonymous with elegance and finesse. Aromatics of redolent cherry and raspberry are accented by notes of allspice, mocha and Douglas fir tips. Grown 100% on our Alexander Valley estate, our Samantha’s Sauvignon Blanc showcases the very best of the varietal and the AVA. On the nose, bright floral and melon aromas draw you in. The palate offers elegant and layered flavors of stone fruits and grapefruit. The pronounced, crisp acidity is balanced by a creaminess from the partial French oak aging, while a subtle mineral texture from the concrete egg aging lingers on the smooth finish.

PreVail Lookout Tree is a bold, yet refined wine. An enticing bouquet of molasses, raspberry sauce, sage, and tobacco lead to layered flavors of cassis, plum, and leather. The complex profile and forward tannin structure will allow this wine to evolve and age beautifully for many years.

The 2022 Malbec is a brilliant expression of a Red Mountain Malbec. We really like to blend but coming up with a name can be tricky. To stay with the river theme, we came across “Rivulet” (a very small stream), we liked it, however, it was already taken. So, we added a “T” for Three Rivers and made up our own word, “Trivulet”. Our idea was to create a classic blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, sourced from impressive vineyards throughout Eastern Washington. These noble varietals marry so well, no wonder this combo has been considered to be one of the best in the world. Luxurious aromas of bright red cherry, rose petal and delicate floral emerge with the first pour. On the palate, notes of rich milk chocolate are accented by hints of powdered earth that leads to a bright, mouthwatering finish.

Our 2021 Patrick’s Vineyard Chardonnay has a golden-amber hue with ripe pear, pineapple core and movie popcorn on the nose. The mouthfeel is round and full, expressing notes of pear, apple pie fillling, butterscotch and marzipan.

Our 2021 Handmade Petit Verdot is dark and inky in the glass, opening with aromas of dark cherry, sage, violet, caramel, and forest floor. Bold and full on the palate, this wine has layered flavors of red cherry, plum compote, and cedar. The 48% new French oak aging softens the bold tannins and provides lingering notes of creamy vanilla and roasted coffee beans on the finish.

The 2022 Sonoma County Rosé is a lovely shade of pale salmon with aromas of floral, tutti-frutti bubblegum and fresh watermelon. Bright, mouthwatering flavors of juicy watermelon are highlighted by hints of minerality and a soft yet crisp finish. Racy acidity and elegance are balanced perfectly in this dry, crisp rosé.

The 2023 vintage opens with a generous bouquet of pear, banana, and honeysuckle. The palate offers a full-bodied viscous texture, brimming with citrus, melon, and honey flavors. This wine is dry and crisp with bright acidity that persists throughout the fresh and lively finish.

The Chalone 2021 Grenache showcases a light, fire engine red color in the glass. The nose is defined by a strawberry jam character with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove spice; and the palate is led by fruit-forward notes of raspberry and mulberry while still holding on to the savory minerality that is unique to Chalone Vineyard’s terroir. This is a lighter expression of Grenache that is not too bold or broad, with medium-gripped tannins and a pleasant oaky finish.

We are excited to showcase this classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Sauvignon Blanc brings brightness to the aromatics and finish while Semillon supplies weight to the palate. Complex aromas of Asian pear and lemon custard with citrus and honey flavors give way to a velvety finish.
